MEETING SLOTS

There will be 6 meeting slots throughout the day (timing tbc but 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon).
This will enable you to maximise the amount of Investors you will meet.
However if there are any slots you CANNOT attend, please show here.

MEETING DETAILS

Power will be available within your meeting area.

If you plan to bring any equipment in addition to standard laptops and screens, please let us know so that we can assist with arrangements. If materials need to be delivered in advance, we will provide delivery details.

Access to the venue will be available from 8.00am on the day of the conference. We ask that meeting areas are cleared by 5.15pm following the event.

PRINTED PRESENTATIONS

If you intend to distribute presentations or other materials to attendees during meetings, please let us know.

Cavendish can arrange printing and binding if helpful. Please note that printing costs will be recharged.

Presentations should be supplied in PDF format by 12 noon on Monday 5th October 2026.

If you would prefer that Cavendish does NOT reference your company in conference-related social media posts, please confirm here.

PHOTOGRAPHY

A photographer/videographer will be present during the conference. Images may be used by Cavendish for marketing and promotional purposes, including the conference website, social media channels and future event materials. No sound will be recorded unless previously agreed with the individuals concerned.

By attending the conference, you consent to photography unless you notify us in writing before Monday 5th October 2026.
